An InSinkErator hot water dispenser does more than provide filtered hot water for preparing instant foods and beverages, it is also an incredible kitchen appliance. Hot Water Instantly, How Does That Work?
The SST-FLTR is so easy to use, you won't know how you lived without it. By activating your InSinkErator hot water dispenser's handle (dispensers sold separately), you'll send cool tap water into the tank. This water will displace the tanks' near-boiling water, which will flow out of the hot water dispenser's spout.
Water will be heated anywhere from 160 to 200 degrees, depending on the setting you choose, and it will flow into the tank's expansion chamber where it will be ready for later use. Release the handle, and the SST-FLTR's valve will close automatically, so hot water will stop flowing.

The InSinkErator SST-FLTR features unique tool-free connections and a dry-start protection system for easy installation. It also features an adjustable temperature gauge, so you can adjust the water to your liking. Once connected to an InSinkErator hot water dispenser faucet (sold separately), this compact 2/3-gallon tank will give you instant access to filtered hot water--up to 60 cups an hour!
